These free online pathways are designed to support and improve emotional health and wellbeing in:
• parents
• children
• teenagers
• adults
Togetherness (formally the Solihull Approach) offers a wide range of online pathways to help you understand and support your family’s wellbeing.
Pathways include understanding:
• pregnancy, labour, birth and your baby
• pregnancy, labour, birth and your baby for women and couples
• the impact of the pandemic on your child
• the impact of the pandemic on your teenager
• your baby
• your teenager’s brain
• your brain – for teenagers only
• your child with additional needs
• your child’s feelings
• your child’s mental health and wellbeing
• your child from toddler to teenager
• your feelings – for teenagers only
• your own trauma
• your preterm or sick baby in hospital
• your preterm or sick baby now you're home
• your relationships
You can book on the Togetherness Hull website.
Use the code ‘FREEDOM’ for free access.
Each module takes around 15–20 minutes to complete. You can work through them at your own pace and revisit them at any time. Once you’ve used the code, you’ll have indefinite access and your login will not expire. You can return to the pathways as your child grows.
The online pathways can be accessed:
• at home via a mobile phone
• on a tablet
• on a laptop
• in any Adult Education Centre
• at a library
• in Family Hubs across the city
