Research with Department for Education

Researchers from the Department for Education are looking to speak to parents and carers of children aged 9 months to 4 years old about their experiences of childcare.
This includes parents who are currently using formal childcare and those who are considering using it. Discussion will include understanding the experience of getting help from the government with childcare costs (nursery or pre-school fees). You don’t need to receive support currently to take part in this research
This will help us better understand how parents and carers find and use government-funded early education and childcare, so that we can identify improvements or changes that can make it easier for parents to access the support they’re entitled to.
