Youth work helps young people develop, enables them to make informed life choices and supports young people to reach their full potential.

Hull’s Youth Centres and Projects provide a safe space for young people to meet up, have fun, be supported and be involved.

Andrew Marvell Youth Centre

The Andrew Marvell Youth Centre works with young people aged 10 to 19, and up to 24 years for those with disabilities and or learning needs in East Hull.

The youth service offers support through -

Astra Youth Centre

The Astra Youth Centre works with young people aged 10 to 19, and up to 24 years for those with disabilities and or learning needs in North Hull.

The youth service offers support through -

  • outreach work
  • the Hull Young Carers Project
  • LGBTQ+

Kingston Youth Centre

The Kingston Youth Centre works with young people aged 10 to 19, and up to 24 years for those with disabilities and or learning needs in West Hull.

The youth service offers support through -

  • outreach work
  • the Hull Young Carers Project
  • LGBTQ+

The Warren Youth Project

Established in 1983, The Warren Youth Project provides vital support and services to young people aged 14 to 25 years (29 years by appointment in the case of employability support).

The team of 24 offers -

  • guidance
  • training
  • education
  • counselling
  • employability skills and training
  • creative expression activities
